If you’re not satisfied after your proposal is sent, email us within 1 day, and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Custom Event 

We want you to feel fully satisfied with your flowers. That’s why we offer a mood board before purchasing. 

  • After receiving your quote and mood board we will hold your tentative event date for 7 days. After that a payment will be required for us to hold that date. 
  • After your initial payment, the design work will begin. This includes digital renderings, preliminary sourcing and design work. Your initial payment is meant to cover the time and expertise for this process. We allow refunds within 2 days no questions asked. Beyond the 2 days, the initial payment is considered compensation for digital design labor and cannot be refunded. 
  • If you are unsatisfied with your flowers after delivery, documentation of the condition and reason for dissatisfaction is required. Partial refunds are only offered upon extenuating circumstances and may not exceed 30% of the original invoice price. Factors such as weather, wrong dates or locations given by the client are not eligible for partial refund. See your contract for more details. 

This policy ensures that you can experience the initial process of working with us without risk, while also respecting the time and effort that goes into each design.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

No Use Policy: Mock ups and digital renderings may not be used by another florist or event professional and May not be resold.
